Amna Khan-Patel

Amna Khan-Patel is a pharmacist and Senior Engagement Manager for Healthcare at GS1 UK. She served as a Chief Pharmaceutical Officer’s Clinical Fellow at NHS England (2023/24) within the Digital Medicines Programme, where she led the national closed loop medicines management (CLMM) project, assessing adoption, identifying enablers and barriers, and developing implementation blueprints. Previously, she worked in secondary care and completed an MSc focused on quality improvement, supporting an electronic pharmacy handover. Amna is passionate about improving patient care through digital technology and is a member of the Royal College of Pharmacy Digital Pharmacy Expert Advisory Group.
